Estimation: Backed by the wealth of technical professional Engineers, computer aided programs, and our association with the world leader Aluminum manufacturers, ALWAND Aluminum is in a position to provide the most competitive cost effective system with an accurate consideration of the project specification and design.
Design and Engineering: All Technical information received from the client/contractor such as drawings, project specification, bill of quantity, agreed scope of work and any other pertinent information is forwarded to the Design Department who review all relevant documentation to establish the design parameters. Any clarifications and requests for information are communicated to the client/contractor in writing. All work undertaken in the engineering/design department is closely monitored by the design manager who is responsible for ensuring that the design conforms to the clients specification and is in accordance with the relevant design codes and regulatory authority requirements. The design/engineering department is fully computerized, utilizing the latest software packages to enable them to produce the most economical design in the shortest time possible.
Installation: ALWAND-Aluminum uses highly experienced and qualified installation and service crews together with carefully monitored quality control systems to ensure the highest level of quality, time and cost reliability. This attention to detail and focus on maximizing off-site fabrication by design has gained the company the reputation for successful installations.
Project Management: It is the stated policy of ALWAND-Aluminum to ensure that all projects are completed on time meeting the project specifications, with in the planned budgets and customer satisfaction. Preparation of project plan, preparation of applicable procedures, survey the available and required resources, preparation the statistical reports in regarding to progress, design, procurement, manpower, resources, material fabrication, installation, and final inspection.
QA/QC Team: To ensure the strict compliance for the material specifications, manufacturing standards and requirement for project standards. ALWAND-Aluminum has dedicated engineers, who are having proven track record and experienced in prestigious projects.
Production Team: ALWAND-Aluminum uses most modern European machines to ensure the accuracy and perfection for the products. Production shop floor area spread all over 5000 sq.m most modern workshop which maintain highest housekeeping standards.
